Captured On Camera: Tomato Cucumber Salad Recipe

Have you tried the new(ish) app from Instagram? Hyperlapse takes videos recorded in real time and drastically (and dramatically) speeds them up. It’s supposed to give a cinematic quality to your videos. I tried the app out a few times already, but now that I should be focusing on what I eat and how I exercise (soccer season is right around the corner), I figured it would be a good way to record the recipes I use and create, and to showcase how I make them. I figured I would start off with one of my absolute favourite salad recipes – a tomato and cucumber salad with onion and feta. I love making this salad! Super easy and super simple (only five ingredients needed). Since the Fall season is right around the corner, I’m looking for pieces to update my current wardrobe and I’m obsessed with this shade of yellow (some might call it marigold?)!
